There are dozens of methods out there offering help to people looking for the best way to cure acne.
Some people say to use harsh chemicals to cure your pimples, other people say that you need to go the all-natural route.
But the problem is, every person is different and each person will have to experiment with different ways to find which is the best way to cure acne for themselves. There is no magic "cure" for acne.
But don't despair!
I'm going to take this article to give you some helpful advice on finding which is the best way to cure acne for you.
There are hundreds of natural methods to help clean your acne. I'll list some of the best of them:
Rub fresh Garlic on the problem spots - Garlic helps reduce redness and can prevent future scaring for harsh acne situations
Slice a Potato in half and rub it on the pimple - The alkaline in the Potato helps kill bacteria
Take Zinc - Don't exceed around 50mg (recommended dosage) of Zinc per day
Drink plenty of Water and eat lots of Fruit daily - Not only can this help your acne, but it is a great living choice that can improve your overall health
Lemon Juice and Water - Mix 1 part Lemon Juice and 1 part water and apply evenly to face for half an hour, then wash it off and pat dry
If you don't choose to help your acne situation with natural remedies, there are plenty of chemical alternatives. Although I don't recommend them, here's some useful information about what's available over-the-counter:
Wash with a Antibacterial Cleanser - This will help destroy the bacteria that's on your skin and open up your pours.
Benzoyl Peroxide - Benzoyl Peroxide is an anti-inflammatory cream that helps "dry up" pimples.
Stronger may seem better, but in actuality that's not true. Too much BP can lead to excessive dry skin and can irritate your acne and make you worse off than before. Look for something with less than 10%.
Salicylic Acid - Salicylic Acid helps keep your skin clear of dirt and oil by causing it to shed dead skin faster. You'll normally look for a product that has 2% Salicylic Acid.
Whether you decide the Natural Methods or Chemical Methods are better for your needs, doing something is better than doing nothing. Your acne will only get worse if you don't do something.
So take action today and try some of these methods and find out which one of them is the best way to cure acne for you!
